A little something to look forward to, every month.

The Monthly Bloom is a once-a-month invitation to pause.

Not another thing to accomplish. Not a checklist of ways to become a better version of yourself. And certainly not something you need to have figured out before you begin.

It’s a small, thoughtfully created collection of words, prompts, rituals, and little reminders designed to meet you where you are — and give you a reason to slow down, look inward, and reconnect with yourself and the people around you.

Because becoming isn’t about perfecting who you are.

It’s about discovering who you’re becoming.

If you have received a copy of The Prequel Monthly Bloom, please follow this link to the questionnaire. We highly value your feedback while creating the best experience for as many women as possible.

What arrives in your mailbox?

The Letter
A personal, thoughtful note to begin with. Something to read slowly, sit with, and return to when you need it.

Connection
Because growth was never meant to happen entirely on our own. Each Bloom includes an invitation to look beyond yourself and nurture the relationships, conversations, and community that help us feel less alone.

The Reflection
Prompts to help you notice what’s happening beneath the surface — what you’re feeling, learning, wanting, releasing, or becoming.

The Little Something
A small physical piece chosen to complement the month’s theme. Something lovely, useful, meaningful, or simply meant to make you smile.

The Ritual
A simple invitation to step out of autopilot and into the present moment. Nothing elaborate. Just a little space to do something intentionally.

More than something to read.

The Monthly Bloom isn't meant to be consumed in five minutes and forgotten.

There is no right way to experience it.

You might open yours the moment it arrives and spend an entire evening with it.

You might leave it on your bedside table for a week before you finally sit down with it.

You might read the letter over coffee, tuck the reflection card into your journal, complete the ritual on a Sunday afternoon, or send the connection piece to someone you've been thinking about.

You can make it yours.

The point isn't to add more to your life.

It's to create a little more intention within the life you're already living.
